Turkish Republic President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Sochi.
As part of his one-day working visit, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan traveled to Sochi, Russia, and met with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to a statement from the Presidency of Communication, President Erdoğan noted that during his meeting with his Russian counterpart, they would review the Turkey-Russia bilateral relations in all dimensions and exchange views on current global and regional issues.
After the meeting, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated that the message to be conveyed to the world, especially for less developed African countries, would be of great importance.
President Erdoğan stated, “Currently, our foreign trade volume with Russia is 62 billion dollars,” and he added, “We are pleased to be moving towards the goal of 100 billion.”
Following the press conference held in Sochi, President Erdoğan’s meeting with Russian President Putin began.
