Turkey made a strong statement against the Israeli attacks in Palestinian territories and Lebanon. In the statement made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was emphasised that Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank and systematically violating international law.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wished Allah’s mercy to the Palestinians who lost their lives in the latest Israeli airstrike on Tulkerim city. In the statement, it was emphasised that every step taken by Israel targeting the Palestinian people threatens international peace and security and that the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people must be protected.
In a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ‘Israel, which is committing genocide in Gaza and invading Lebanon, systematically violates international law in the occupied West Bank. We wish Allah’s mercy to the Palestinians who lost their lives in the Israeli airstrike on the city of Tulkerim. Every step taken by Israel to destroy the Palestinian people and their legitimate rights poses a serious threat to international peace and security. As Turkey, we call on all international organisations, especially the United Nations, to stop Israel’s attacks against international law and to defend the rights of the Palestinian people.’
